Shipping & Return Policies

Did we make a mistake? If there was an error with your order, please let us know right away!  We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.  Email us immediately and we will act FAST to ensure any issues are resolved with your products/shopping experience. 


Please allow 5 - 7 days for processing and 8-15 days for your order to arrive.  Due to covid-19, high order volume & countries of purchase,  there have been some delays... if that happens,  you have to wait a little longer to get your order but we promise it's always worth it!


Please be advised that due to the nature of our business we don't offer returns. However, we would be happy to assist you with an item which accidentally arrives damaged and will assist you with a replacement as long as it's within 7 days of receipt of your product!


If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not re-delivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will re-ship at no charge.

Please email if your item does not arrive  within 60 days of order date.
