What forms of Payment do you accept?  You can pay for your order securely using PayPal, VISA, MasterCard or American Express

The item/size I want to order is Sold Out; will you be getting more soon?  We do our best to keep inventory in stock.  All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated delivery time, but we will be sure to let you know if that's the case.  If you email us with the Sold Out product you're interested in, we would be happy to let you know when we expect it to be re-stocked.

Can I have a Refund or Discount Code?  Limited Time Coupon codes may be announced from time to time through our Social Media Accounts; be sure to follow us and turn on Instagram post notifications for @HauteDogs.Shop  (Please note that we do not allow coupon code stacking; orders found with stacked coupons may be voided)

My Product Size/Color is a Little Different than Described.  We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

MISSING PACKAGE?  WE CAN HELP!

Please allow 5 - 7 days for processing and 8-15 days for your order to arrive. Some Items, due to high volumes & countries of purchase,  may take a little longer (up to 3 to 5 weeks) but rest assure your product will be delivered.  We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover re-shipping costs of the replacement goods.  Please just send us an email with your name and order number.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not re-delivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will re-ship at no charge.
